How are your decals cut and sized?

There is no background. The decal is cut out around what you see on the screen. As for the size – most of our decals are measured by WIDTH unless the HEIGHT is obviously larger. Many of the decals will show a (W) indicating that they are measured by WIDTH or they will show an (H) meaning they are measured by HEIGHT.
