I still haven’t received my order, where is it?

As soon as an order ships, a shipment notification email with tracking # is automatically sent to the email address you provided us when you ordered. If you don’t see the email, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder, many times customers have found it there.

We generally print and ship within 2 business days of your order, longer if it is a custom order or a ribbon rack.  Our business days are Monday – Thursday,  Friday we are closed to clean and maintain our equipment.
